BomProcure collects only the information needed to quote and source the parts you ask about: your contact details (name, company, email, country), the part numbers, quantities, and target prices you submit, and any BOM files you upload.

This information is used solely to prepare quotations, follow up on RFQs, and arrange procurement. We do not sell your data, and supplier- and buyer-sensitive details are never published publicly.

Uploaded BOM files and RFQ records are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and retained only as long as needed for quotation and order follow-up. Anonymous, aggregated search terms may be analysed to improve catalog coverage.

Email you send us, and our replies, are processed only to handle your enquiry. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us via the Contact page.
