How do I get a quote?

Search a part number and request a quote, or upload your BOM. Our team reviews availability and price and replies — usually within one business day.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the part and manufacturer. Tell us your target quantity in the RFQ and we'll confirm the workable minimum and price breaks.

How long is a quote valid?

Component prices are time-sensitive, so each quote shows a validity window. The final price is confirmed before any order, as market and stock can move.

What payment methods do you accept?

For B2B orders we work with bank transfer (T/T) and, on request, card / online payment. Terms are confirmed with your proforma invoice.

Are the parts authentic?

We source through established Shenzhen supply channels and check date code and packaging before shipment. Tell us your traceability or compliance requirements in the RFQ.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen. Share your destination and any delivery requirements and we'll include freight and lead time in the quote.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

By default we ship DDP — we cover freight and import duties and deliver to your door, so there's nothing to settle on arrival. DAP (you clear and pay local taxes) is available on request. See Shipping & Payment for details.
